Mr Ravindran is the Principal Solicitor and founder of the firm, established in 2003. With over three decades of experience, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing all departments, ensuring the highest standards of service across the firm. As the designated Money Laundering Officer, COLP, COFA, and Complaints Handler, he upholds the firm’s commitment to regulatory excellence and client care.
With extensive experience in Property and Immigration Law, Mr Ravindran actively oversees cases, providing expert guidance and strategic insight. Known for his hands-on supervisory role, he is dedicated to delivering reliable, results-driven guidance tailored to each client’s needs. His reputation for clear, strategic advice has made him a trusted resource for clients navigating complex legal matters.
Shruthi joined the firm in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in the City, where she specialised in Residential and Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Real Estate Finance. Now a key member of our Property team, Shruthi has extensive experience handling high-net-worth purchases, refinances and lease matters.
In her free time, Shruthi enjoys reading, travelling and cooking.
Preethi joined Ravi Solicitors as a Paralegal in the Property team in July 2024. She holds BBA LLB from a university in India and a LLM from Kings College London and completed the GDL at BPP University.
Prior to joining the firm, Preethi gained experience working as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in India.
In her free time, Preethi enjoys painting, travelling and keeping up with television series.
Achini started her Immigration career in 2015 as a junior caseworker for a leading Barrister in London. She joined our team in 2017 and specialises in Immigration law.
She holds a BA Hons in Law and Criminology from the University of East London and is on course to be accredited by the OISC.
Mr. Yogaratnam is a dedicated Immigration Case Worker with 18 years of experience at Ravi Solicitors, where he has been a valued team member since April 2006.
Baylon earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2006 from Thames Valley University. Additionally, he holds a B.A. in English and a B.A. in French and Sociology.
A French national of Sri Lankan heritage, he is fluent in Tamil, English, and French.
In his free time, Baylon is an active media host across TV, radio, and online platforms and contributes to newspapers, magazines, and speech writing.
